VSA: Creating Tickets in Collection Master
There are multiple ways to create tickets.
Method 1: In Collection-Master click Help > Client Services > Vertican support Access (login required).
You will be prompted to login. Your login credentials (Username and Password) will come from your firm’s Support Coordinator/Administrator.
Method 2: Another way to create a new ticket is for the user to click the [New Ticket] button when logged in to the VSA or to click the [New Ticket] button at the bottom of the VSA screen.
After you have created a ticket, you can Complete a Ticket.
