PaymentVision in CM

Our vPro will install, setup, configure, test, and train you on the PaymentVision DTP and AutoPost module.

In this session, our vPro will work with your team to install, set up, test, and train you on the Payment Vision (PV) module and processes. Our vPro export will first install all components for the integration with Collection-Master (CM). We will assist with the Client Information File (CIF) settings. We will discuss the options for all debtors or just debtor 1. Then we will set up the PV login configuration with the login, password, API key, token and external user ID. Our vPro expert will teach your team how to submit a payment directly from CM in the Call Screen and how to navigate to the Bank Account Details in the PV EFT screen. Our vPro expert will thoroughly discuss the other Outbound processes and reports found in the PaymentVision menu. Once the setup and training have been completed, our vPro will work with your team to setup and establish the connection with PaymentVision. You can even process a test credit card payment. If you prefer to upload/download files automatically via an FTP connection, our vPro expert can assist with setting up the FTP connection. Finally, your team will be given the opportunity to ask any questions they have pertaining to the PaymentVision module or processes.

Your firm will be able to deliver Credit Card and ACH payment handling for the repayment of debt to the consumers from which you are collecting. This integration with PaymentVision passes the burden of bank account/credit card data retention to the vendor. Your collectors will be able to process real-time payments and set up recurring transactions to save valuable time in future calls and follow-up. You will have the ability to upload Consumer account data to PaymentVision’s PayWeb360 portal for easy access by consumers for self-service payments processing. The reports provided with the integration will also make reconciliation and predictable collections easy and accessible. This payment vendor integration makes collections payment processing simple.
