PaymentVision in QL/QLE

Our vPro will install, setup, configure, test, and train you on the PaymentVision module and processes.

In this session, our vPro expert will work with your team to install, setup, test, and train the Payment Vision (PV) module and processes. Our vPro export will first install all components for the integration with Q-Law/Q-LawE.  We will assist with bank account setup for a single account for deposit or multiple trust accounts. Then we will set up the PV FTP login configuration with the login, password, API key and token. Our vPro expert will teach your team how to submit a payment directly from Q-Law/Q-LawE in the Payment Arrangement screens or add a payment method to a payment arrangement. You will also learn how to connect to PV to download credit card, debit card, and ACH payments, then auto post the payments to the accounts in Q-Law/Q-LawE. The vPro will discuss the effect of batch job 25 and the PV module and how to create the CIF file, which will contain the balance information for PayWeb360. Our vPro will discuss how PayWeb360 gives the consumer the ability to log directly on to PV’s website to see their account information and make payments directly. Once the setup and training have been completed, our vPro will work with you team to test the connection and process a test credit card payment. Finally, your team will be given the opportunity to ask any questions they have pertaining to the PaymentVision module or processes.

Your firm will be able to deliver Credit Card, Debit Card, and ACH payment handling for the repayment of debt to the consumers from which you are collecting. This integration with PaymentVision passes the burden of bank account/credit card data retention to the vendor. Your collectors will be able to process real time payments and set up recurring transactions to save valuable time in future calls and follow-up. You will have the ability to upload Consumer account data to Payment Vision’s PayWeb360 portal for easy access by the consumers for self-service payments processing. The integration with Q-Law/Q-LawE will make for fast and easy payment processing and posting, with convenient reports reconciliation and predictable collections. This payment vendor integration makes collections payment processing simple and efficient.
