With VT since 2009, Julia started in tech support for over 10 years, then moved into a business systems analyst (BSA) role assigned to Diamond clients. After becoming a sought-after subject matter expert in Collection-Master and vMedia, in 2021 Julia was promoted to Account Manager, a role that was built for her.
Julia focuses her efforts on engaging clients in a business function, bringing together her advanced knowledge of firm practice and Vertican software.
