About Liz:

Liz knows that firms need a buddy when they’re new to vExchange and Analytics, someone that will walk them through a day-to-day review of their data and show them what that they need to know and where to find information.

Besides vExchange & Analytics training, Liz also shows firm resources how to use vPortal to submit tickets, manage access for their users, and make use of Vertican’s help resources. Prior to joining the vExchange support team, Liz supported Q-Law and Q-LawE, giving her a vital understanding of how vExchange works with the collections software.
