About Kevin:
With 30 years of industry experience, Kevin has been involved in virtually all forms of collections, including recoveries, foreclosures, and repossessions.
In 2002, Kevin joined Commercial Legal Software, the predecessor of Collection-Master. He’s led product support, managed user documentation and client onboarding, and personally trained firms in 49 states.
Kevin brings his deep industry and product expertise to his role leading the Interchange Development Center (IDC), the team that builds data transformation processes (DTPs). These solutions are then deployed into vExchange for use by Senders and Receivers.
