About Michelle:

Michelle has been in the credit collections industry since 1992. With a B.S. in Paralegal Studies, she’s held several operations and paralegal roles in a collections law firm, including collections manager where she handled bankruptcies and foreclosures. After using Q-Law (and later Q-LawE) since 2005, she moved to Vertican in 2015 as a client success rep and now leads all of Vertican’s client success teams.
