Attorney Meaningful Review in QLE

In this session, our vPro expert will teach your team how to use the Attorney Meaningful Review module (AMR) to generate a list of accounts to review in just a matter of minutes. During the training, we will assist your team with setting up an AMR process for Suit review for one State. You will learn how to create the AMR for review, how to modify it as needs change and how users work the accounts in AMR by adding a note to Approve or Reject the file in the AMR process. Your team will also get the opportunity to ask the vPro any questions that they may have pertaining to the AMR Module.

Understanding the modules and the intended processes is key to successful results. Learning how to accurately create AMR processes for key Attorney touch points in a process could save valuable follow-up time. Having the pertinent data and documents for review readily visible and at hand for review is extremely important for efficiency in the process. The AMR review is created to search for accounts that meet designated requirements to generate a working list of accounts with specific data and/or documents to be reviewed by the Attorneys. The Attorneys can efficiently and effectively review the data and documents to determine whether the account passes or fails the review to move to the next stage in the legal process. AMR ensures that Attorneys remain compliant with meaningful review, limiting errors, and minimizing risk.
