Introduction to Q-LawE

Training overview of Q-LawE for new users, including Work Case screens. Includes session recording.

Our vPro expert will introduce your users to the Q-LawE application. Your users will receive a complete walk-thru of Q-LawE. We will introduce them to the various menus that you see on the Main Menu; the different tabs and sub menus in the Work Case and Maintenance menus; and finally, dive into the account Work Case screens.

We will give a high-level overview of each account Work Case screen and sub screens. We will explain the type of data you will see in the screens and the benefits of using the many options and process. We will also cover many of the tables and options that you find in the Maintenance menus.

Understanding the account data and workcase screens and the many processes/setups and menus is key to a successful and beneficial understanding and use of the Q-LawE application. For three hours, our vPro expert will walk your users thru the application to provide an introduction to the many screens and menus they will encounter day to day. Since you will be given the option to record the session, you will also receive a future training tool to use for newer members of your team. Let our experts train your new personnel on the application that we know best. Meanwhile, your team continues to perform their normal duties and tasks without interrupting productivity.
