Our vPro will install and set up the Job Scheduler Module and the Windows Task Scheduler process to automatically run jobs.

In this session, our vPro will install and set up the Job Scheduler Module and the Windows Task Scheduler process to run the Job Scheduler. They will teach your team how each component works together and tips to troubleshoot. The vPro will also instruct your team how to properly set up Job Scheduler users in Q-Law/Q-LawE and how to set up a process on the Job Scheduler. ** If you are a Q-LawE client, you will also receive training on the multi-threaded Job Scheduler as well.

The amount of labor and time that could be saved is infinite with Job Scheduler. Many processes such as mass completing task codes, generating documents, running imports/exports, and various other processes can be processed using the Job Scheduler module. The jobs can be processed during off hours when your team is not in the office or during normal office hours while your team members are busy working on other projects that require direct interaction.
