Navigation & Bookmarks
- Bookmark Help Center pages:
- Go to the Bookmarkable Links page for special links that you can bookmark.
- Otherwise, you cannot bookmark pages using the regular navigation links within the Help Center, other than the home page.
- The exception is that some links in the Help Center go to public pages that can be bookmarked.
- Otherwise, you cannot bookmark pages using the regular navigation links within the Help Center, other than the home page.
- Go to the Bookmarkable Links page for special links that you can bookmark.
- Browser Refresh: If you refresh your browser while in the Help Center, it will return to the Help Center home page unless you are on one of the special Bookmarkable Links pages.
Device Access
The Vertican Help Center is optimized for desktop access. Mobile and tablet access is not optimized.
Site Access / Performance Issues
If you experience problems accessing the Vertican Help Center, or pages load very slowly, please try the following. If none of these solutions help, please consult with your firm’s IT.
- Try using another browser.
- Force refresh your browser.
- Hold Ctrl + Fn + F5 on your keyboard.
- Or hold Ctrl on keyboard while clicking Refresh button in browser.
- For Chrome, clear your cache & cookies by following these instructions.
