Analytics Release Notes
vPortal Access
If you do not have access to vPortal, please ask your firm’s Administrator to grant you access using these instructions (vPortal Quick Tip #1). Client Success is not able to grant users access to vPortal.
Browser Refresh Tip
- Your browser should automatically display our latest version. However, some users must “force refresh” their browser in order to see the new release.
- If you do not see a feature listed in the Release Notes, follow instructions for How to Refresh Your Browser Cache.
Nightly Job Process
- Users will be kicked out of the system before the nightly job process begins.
- If you are in the system just prior to the beginning of the overnight process, you will see a countdown warning to log out.
Dedicated Analytics Support
- If your firm has questions, please have a Support Coordinator submit a new support request through vPortal.
- Support Coordinators should submit a New Support Request through the vPortal.
- Select vExchange for the product, regardless of the business adapter (CMvX, YGC, or vExchange Native).
- When you select vExchange, the Version field is no longer required.
