Software Notices
At least one person in your firm should subscribe to Vertican emails in order to receive software updates and related notifications.
- Use an individual email rather than a department email such as [email protected] or [email protected].
- Department emails are often flagged for non-delivery by our email provider.
- Check your junk email settings and add Vertican to your safe senders list.
- If staff leave your firm, make sure someone else is on point to receive software notices.
Nightly Job Process
- Users will be kicked out of the system before the nightly job process begins.
- If you are in the system just prior to the beginning of the overnight process, you will see a countdown warning to log out.
Browser Refresh Tip
- Your browser should automatically display our latest version. However, some users must “force refresh” their browser in order to see the new release.
- If you do not see a feature listed in the Release Notes, follow instructions for How to Refresh Your Browser Cache.
Dedicated Analytics Support
- Support Coordinators should submit a New Support Request through the vPortal.
- Select vExchange for the product, regardless of the business adapter (CMvX, YGC, or vExchange Native).
- When you select vExchange, the Version field is no longer required.
