Firewalls
Many organizations utilize firewalls to secure their networks. Depending on how the firewall is configured, some parts of the Analytics website may be blocked, by default.
Issue
Typical symptoms of firewall problems include:
- Unable to login to the website
- Pages are blank or mostly empty
- Buttons and icons do not appear as they do in the User Guide
Instructions
Work with the administrator of your firewall to permit traffic from the following domains:
- Vertican
- *.vertican.com
