Historical Remittance Timeout Workaround
Some accounts have a large number of historical remittance records (2303). For each one, we determine if the record violated any sender rules. If not, then we display the name of the file that included the record sent to the sender.
Issue
The Financials > Historical Remittance panel on Account Details may timeout when there are large numbers of records.
Workaround
- Navigate to the Records > 2000s panel on Account Details.
- Click anywhere in the row showing the 2303 record count.
- Raw Data will open so that you can export the records directly to Excel.

NOTE: The exported Raw Data will not include the name of the file that was sent to the sender.
