We have released a patch exe for the February 2022 Q-Law update. This exe resolves the following issues:

• QLAW-2629 FTP Errors
  • Users had reported receiving an error when running the FTP Upload/Download. This was caused by a typo in the code and has been resolved.
• QLAW-2551 License errors upon logging into Q-Law
  • Users reported receiving random errors for licensing upon logging into Q-Law. This was an issue where a decryption failed in the code and the license could not be verified correctly. A change has been made to verify the decryption before attempting to process the license information.

If your firm has already processed the February 2022 update, please backup your current Qlaw.exe, and after downloading the patch exe, rename it to Qlaw.exe and place the executable in all environments.

If your firm has not processed the update yet, you will need to process the February 9 update first. After updating, download the Patch Exe and rename it to Qlaw.exe and place in all environments.
